I loved it when I first got the PARC lecture, and I think that’s what made things click for me. After a while you’ll just do it automatically, and then you won’t even notice it.

It’s a very good thing to remember when designing, so make sure it’s ingrained in your memory. It’s that that will give you Attention to detail as so many job applications ask for.

I really enjoyed monday/tuesdays task. It shows how well you can work under pressure and how much you can get done in such a short space of time.

I think it would be useful to do something like that again but doing something a little different from a business card. It was also interesting to see how other people work under pressure and their speedy designs.

I found the task on Monday really usefull to so good to see that you did as well.

Seems as if you enjoyed making cards for a different company on Tuesday and least you can learn from what you did wrong the first time.

I really liked your attempt at the photo restoration so far, it looked really good.. just take a look at some of the fine detail when it comes to little things like the tie. Especially where you've taken out the fold line.. that's the hardest bit, to get it to blend in when you zoom to see it.

I think its a good idea that you mentioned that you are going to read through your notes again to fully understand the P.A.R.C principles. Perhaps I should think about doing this also.

A very good reflection on the weeks events.

It is a good think that you were nervous about the timed business card assignments because it shows that you are taking things seriously.

I also really liked your use of hyperlinks to convey the 'other name' of the principles learned during lecture.

I get the impression that everyone is enjoying the image restoration section of the A4 assignment.

I also appreciated the lecture on P.A.R.C. I thought it gave a structure, and a name, to a few techniques that are used kind of subconsciously.

In terms of being under pressure for the business card thing, I thought it was quite a useful exercise, and gave a reflection of what we are in for in the future.
